Since its inception in 1997 IFS now manages in excess of €100 million of forestry assets throughout Ireland on behalf of its 18,500 clients. The key to its management success has been the development of a well diversified forestry portfolio in terms of age, classification and location. To this end IFS is now perfectly positioned to capitalise on the opportunities presented by the global forestry sector.

With the advent of the International Forestry Fund IFS seeks to increase its forestry assets under management by an additional €100 million by 2011.
